TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
By scheduling or receiving services from HUB Pest Solutions, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial services unless otherwise stated in writing.
DOWNLOAD PDFACCESS TO PROPERTY & SERVICE AUTHORIZATION
By agreeing to service, the Client grants HUB Pest Solutions permission to enter the property to perform scheduled pest control services, including exterior treatments when applicable, without the need for the Client to be present. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure reasonable access to all service areas. If a gate or portion of the property is inaccessible at the time of service, HUB Pest Solutions will treat all accessible areas and notify the Client via text message and/or email. Remaining areas will be serviced when access is provided and the Client schedules a return visit.
TREATMENT SAFETY & DRY TIME
All products applied must be allowed to fully dry before people or pets re-enter treated areas. HUB Pest Solutions is not responsible for exposure resulting from failure to follow post-treatment instructions.
PAYMENT TERMS – RESIDENTIAL
All residential customers must be enrolled in automatic payment. If payment is not current, service may be withheld. If an account is canceled due to non-payment, HUB Pest Solutions reserves the right to refuse future service. Monthly billing is non-refundable upon cancellation.
PAYMENT TERMS – COMMERCIAL
Commercial invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in writing. Late fees may be applied for balances over 60 days past due, up to $100.
SERVICE PLANS
Clients on the FLEX 5 plan receive one additional service per calendar year at no additional charge (scheduled by the customer). This service cannot be banked, transferred, or applied to other years. If unused, plan pricing remains unchanged.
NON-COVERED SERVICES & ADDITIONAL COSTS
Unless explicitly included in writing, the following pests and services are not covered under standard service plans and may require additional pricing: not limited to termites, mosquitoes, carpenter ants, crazy ants, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, rodents located outside of garages, and other wood-destroying insects.
NO-CONTRACT POLICY
HUB Pest Solutions operates on a no-contract basis with no penalty to cancel. Clients are encouraged to maintain service for at least one year for best results.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
HUB Pest Solutions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.
RODENT BAIT STATIONS
Clients are responsible for animals around active rodent bait stations.
LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY
Results are not guaranteed due to environmental factors. Liability is limited to the cost of the most recent service.
By receiving service, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
